Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: July 1, 2026 | Last Updated: July 11, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CyberSNova website at cybersnova.co.in and all internship, certification, and related services offered on it (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by CyberSNova ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Platform, submitting an application, or registering for an internship, you ("you", "student", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age and either a currently enrolled student or a recent graduate to apply for a CyberSNova internship. By applying, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
2. The Internship Program
Each internship consists of weekly practical tasks, mentor evaluation of submitted reports, and — upon successful completion — a Certificate of Internship. Specific duration, tasks, and outcomes for each domain are described on the respective Internship Detail page and may be updated from time to time to keep content current with industry practice.
Registration is currently processed through our online application form. Submission of the form does not guarantee a place in the program; all applications are subject to review and approval by our team.
3. Fees & Payments
Any applicable internship or course fees, along with accepted payment methods, will be clearly communicated to you before you are asked to pay. Fee details, refund eligibility, and cancellation timelines (where applicable) will be specified in your offer letter or the relevant program page at the time of enrollment. Fees, once paid, are non-refundable except where explicitly stated otherwise in your offer letter or as required by applicable consumer protection law.
4. Intern Conduct & Responsibilities
As an intern, you agree to:
- Submit original work; plagiarism or copied submissions may result in disqualification without refund
- Complete weekly tasks and reports within the timelines communicated by your mentor
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with mentors, staff, and fellow interns
- Not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliation with CyberSNova
- Not use the internship, WhatsApp groups, or any CyberSNova channel to distribute spam, malware, or unlawful content
5. Certification
A Certificate of Internship is issued only upon successful completion of all required weekly tasks and a passing mentor evaluation. Each certificate carries a unique Certificate ID and Registration Number that can be checked at any time via our Verify Certificate tool. CyberSNova reserves the right to withhold, delay, or revoke a certificate found to have been obtained through fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All task briefs, learning material, templates, branding, and other content made available through the Platform are the intellectual property of CyberSNova (or its licensors) and are provided solely for your personal use during the internship. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publish this material without our prior written consent. Work you personally create and submit as part of your tasks remains yours, though you grant CyberSNova a limited, non-exclusive license to review it for evaluation purposes and, with your separate consent, to showcase anonymized excerpts as examples.
7. Third-Party Services
Certain parts of the registration process (such as our application form) are currently handled through third-party services like Google Forms. Your use of such third-party services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
8. Disclaimers
The Platform and all internship services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. CyberSNova makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, and makes no guarantee of employment, job placement, or specific career outcomes resulting from participation in any internship or course.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CyberSNova and its founders, employees, and mentors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or participation in an internship, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of profit.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform or your participation in an internship at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to CyberSNova, its staff, or other students.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith discussion; failing which, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city where CyberSNova is registered to operate.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be directed to us via our Contact page or by emailing contact@cybersnova.co.in.
